1. To be validated the entries must be made before the deadline specified in the contest rules. Cartiromanesti.co.uk, the director, the representatives, or other company employees are not obliged to contact or award the prize(s) to participants whose entry details are false, incomplete, unclear, incorrect, or sent late.
2. Contests are exclusively for United Kingdom residents. Participants must be at least 18 years of age.
3. The contest winner will be determined by cartiromanesti.co.uk or another organizer. Cartiromanesti.co.uk will not discuss or provide details about how the winner was chosen in cases of disputes with other participants who are unhappy with the outcome of the competition.
4. The contest ends on the date specified in the rules, and entries registered after this date will not be considered valid.
5. The contest organizer reserves the right to cancel the prize or offer a similar prize with equal or higher value.
6. The contest winner will be contacted by phone or e-mail. If the chosen person does not meet all mandatory conditions, another winner will be selected from the list of registered contestants.
7. Cartiromanesti.co.uk employees, sponsors or their relatives cannot participate in the contests.
8. By entering the contest, participants agree that their name, city, photograph, and/or image may be used by cartiromanesti.co.uk for advertising purposes without requesting compensation or other material benefits of any kind.
9. The decision to designate the winner is final. The prize must be accepted as awarded.
10. The organizer reserves the right to stop or cancel the contest at any time.
11. All entry details become the property of cartiromanesti.co.uk, which assumes no responsibility for the loss, theft, delay of these details, or for any technical problems with the website's operation, phone lines, servers, computer systems, software malfunctions regarding receiving registration messages or e-mails, or any other variant, including any loss or damage to the participant's computer or another person's computer resulting from accessing or downloading any material/document of contest. All entries are subject to verification and will be declared invalid if they are ineligible, falsified, or modified in any way. Once registered, participants agree with the contest rules and the winner designation decision, which is final.
12. Entries must be made directly by the participant and will be cancelled if they were made by a third party.
13. Entry to the competition is subject to acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
14. The e-mail address and phone number recorded when entering the contest will be used by us to contact you and will not be disclosed to other individuals or companies. Cartiromanesti.co.uk will use these details in accordance with the provisions of the Data Protection Act 1998 and our Privacy Policy.
