11.4 In cases where fraud situations are identified, we reserve the right to suspend the accounts, to withdraw the benefits related to ongoing promotions or offers, to cancel the orders without notice, notification, other formalities or compensation.
11.5 If an order in which a gift product has been offered is rejected or returned in full, the customer is obliged to return the gift product in its original condition, undamaged and sealed.
12. Competitions
12.1 To be validated the entries must be made before the deadline specified in the contest rules. Cartiromanesti.co.uk, the director, the representatives, or other company employees are not obliged to contact or award the prize(s) to participants whose entry details are false, incomplete, unclear, incorrect, or sent late.

14. Delivery of goods to you
14.1 Orders are processed and shipped from Monday to Friday, during the working hours displayed on the website. Orders are not processed on weekends and public holidays.

Delivery will be made as soon as possible after the order has been accepted and no later than 30 days from the date of shipment.
14.3 Shipping costs are displayed to the customer before placing the order and vary depending on the delivery method chosen by the customer.
14.4 The delivery time displayed on the site is estimated, is not guaranteed and is based on availability, order processing time, and delivery time of the courier company. 14.10 The delivery address must be real, correct, clear, and complete. 15.11 In the situation where an order to which a voucher/promotional code/coupon was applied and contains multiple products is partially returned, the discount granted through the voucher cannot be applied to the remaining products of the order if the order value does not meet the offer or promotion conditions. 16. Liability

Cartiromanesti.co.uk will have no responsibility for any other compensation other than the reimbursement of the amount paid for the purchase of the goods.
None of these conditions intend to limit any rights you have as a consumer under applicable laws.
17. Force Majeure
For the purposes of this contract, Force Majeure Event means an event beyond the reasonable control of either party including but not limited to strikes, lock-outs or other industrial disputes, failure of a utility service or transport network, act of God, war, pandemic, riot, civil commotion, malicious damage, compliance with any law or governmental order, rule, regulation or direction, accident, breakdown of plant or machinery, fire, flood, storm or default of cartiromanesti.co.uk or subcontractors.
Cartiromanesti.co.uk shall not be liable to the customer as a result of any delay or failure to perform its obligations under this contract as a result of a Force Majeure Event.
If the Force Majeure Event prevents cartiromanesti.co.uk from performing its obligations in a contract for more than 12 weeks, either party shall, without limiting its other rights or remedies, have the right to terminate the contract immediately by giving written notice to the other party.
Cartiromanesti.co.uk shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.
18. Invalidation
If any part of these conditions is unenforceable (including any provision in which cartiromanesti.co.uk excludes its liability to you) the enforceability of any other part of these conditions will not be affected.
